What's included in the "pre-work"?

Do we need technical people in the session?

Can we do this remotely or does it need to be in person?

Can we split this across multiple sessions instead of one intensive day?
We've found intensive sessions work best—full immersion drives adoption and prevents the "we'll get to it later" syndrome.
